How it works
How it works, in four steps
Each one fits into a school day your team already runs — no new platform to learn, no extra period to find. It looks at your students and the educators guiding them, because a classroom is shaped by both.
- 01Assessment
- 02Understanding
- 03Shared roles
- 04Daily action
Step 01
See students and educators clearly
A research-backed, adaptive assessment replaces assumptions with clear indicators of what each student actually needs.
Adaptive SEL assessment for students and educators
Pinpoints which skills need strengthening — and why
Useful for
Replacing guesswork at intake, without adding a screening process teachers have to run.

Step 02
Understand the root
One dashboard brings together the SEL picture for every grade, classroom and student — each need traced to its cause.
Strengths and needs at a glance, by group or student
Spots the setting where each need surfaces most
Useful for
A head of school deciding where to put limited counselling and coaching time this term.
Step 03
Everyone sees their role
Personalized reports show students, educators and parents the specific role each plays in a child's growth.
Useful for
Parent conferences and student check-ins that start from the same evidence.

What’s going on
The students aren't giving up — they're just nervous about messing up in front of others. Comments like "I worry about making mistakes" tell us the issue shows up when classmates are watching, not when they're working on their own.

How can we improve Growth Mindset for this group? The scores dropped from October to December and students are flagging class discussions as the trigger.

How we know
Two patterns Insight found — and what schools did with them.
01 · Belonging → dropout
How did schools cut dropout by 17%?
By finding where belonging goes missing. In our data, students who leave school report low sense of belonging first — months before anyone notices.
And it goes missing in ordinary places: group projects, recess, the club nobody invited them to. So these schools stopped asking who's at risk and asked where they lost it — then intervened there.
